This payment is the base rate. It secures your booking & exclusive access to the 404 Mansion — for the purpose of producing your own content.

This rate is charged per hour and includes full access to designated mansion spaces during your reserved time. It does not include a videographer / photographer. You must hire one that fits your needs at your own expense, or we can provide one for an additional fee.
