Rent 404 Mansion (Events)

This payment is the base rate per hour for events. It secures your booking & exclusive access to the 404 Mansion — for the purpose of hosting an event. Rate may change based on details of the event like the amount of people, additional furniture needed, etc.

This rate is charged per hour and includes full access to designated mansion spaces during your reserved time. It does not include a videographer / photographer. You must hire one that fits your needs at your own expense, or we can provide one for an additional fee.
